Norton Packaging & Transport Services Shipping Options

We use the following couriers:

Method 1:  City Link NEXT DAY delivery FREE if you spend over £25.  £6.99 if not.

Method 2:  Saturday delivery add £15.00 + 20p per Kg - Must contact us to arrange this

Method 3:  Bulk deliveries will be made by ourselves - Must contact us to arrange this

Please note that any delivery involving a sea crossing will carry an extra £15 charge and will be a 2 day service.

Shipping Policies:

If we receive your order before 2pm you will get it NEXT DAY, all other orders will be dispatched the following day for Next day delivery:  Delivery times are from 8:00am to 5:30pm.

PLEASE NOTE ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE - please order your goods when you know there will be somebody at the delivery address to sign for it.  You can always get your goods delivered to your work address or a friends if you are not going to be there.  You can get us to leave your order somewhere safe if you want but this must be stated on the order form during the checkout process.

If City Link try to deliver a customers goods with no response they will take it back to the local branch and then re-attempt the delivery again the following day free of charge.  If there is no response this time they will again take back to the local branch and it will be up to the customer to collect it from here.  City Link will hold failed deliveries for a maximum of 4 days before sending back to us.  Customers who fail to collect their goods before they are sent back will be liable to pay the outward and return carriage costs for the consignment which will be taken automatically from any refund given.

Please note that next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Tracking your order:

All City Link deliveries can be tracked via the City Link website - www.city-link.co.uk we will email you your unique tracking number once payment has been received.
